THE BEST SIDE OF EXCHANGE CERTIFICATE

I renewed our SSL certificate for Exchange but now Outlook will not join on any Windows XP equipment. It asks with the username and password and regardless if the proper credentials are entered it just asks for them all over again time and again as When they are incorrect. Is there something which I skipped when renewing our Exchange SSL certificat
